SWEET RED PEPPER SAUTÉ

Slice the onion thinly. Wash, dry, and core the peppers; cut vertically into strips.

Heat butter or oil in a frying pan (with lid). Add onion, peppers, and seasonings. Stir around until everything is coated with butter or oil. Cover and simmer until the peppers are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
