A classic accompaniment to brunch, this version is heavy on the orange juice for those who prefer a gentle libation at brunch.

MIMOSA

The orange juice and champagne, as well as the champagne glass, should be chilled.

Pour orange juice into the champagne glass. Stir in liqueur if desired. Top up with the champagne.
