MARINATED FLANK STEAK

Make up the marinade using the above listed ingredients.

Combine steak and marinade in plastic food storage bag. Push out all air; secure with twist-tie and marinate for up to an hour.

Preheat broiler.

Remove steak from marinade; wipe with a paper towel to remove any bits that may burn. Broil 4 inches from heat for 8 minutes without turning, or until desired doneness (internal temperature of 125 degrees F. for rare).

Let stand 5 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain.
