Cream Biscuits

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff enough to hold a shape. Combine the whipped cream and flour mixture with a dough whisk.

Place dough on a lightly floured board and knead for about 1 minute. Roll dough 1/2-inch thick. With a long knife, cut into 6 biscuits. Place on baking sheet and bake in hot oven for 12 minutes.

Serve hot with plenty of butter.
