A nice tea-time muffin which uses up leftover cranberry sauce.


Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a small bowl mix together liquid ingredients. Make well in center of dry ingredients and pour liquid mixture in all at once. Stir until thoroughly mixed but do not beat. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
