Bacardi

• 2 parts fresh lime juice (1/8 cup, 30 grams)
• 1 part grenadine (1 tablespoon, 16 grams)
• 6 parts Bacardi white rum (2 jiggers, 90 grams)
• Lime slice (optional)

Chill two cocktail glasses. Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add lime juice, grenadine, and rum. Shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish each glass with a half slice of lime.
